We are walking to support young people's mental health and to help provide critical funding for Jigsaw4u so that our team can more effectively deliver high quality specialist therapeutic support to children and families across SW London. 

The demand for Jigsaw4u's support has increased significantly in recent years, with the NHS stating estimating that 1 in 5 young people experience mental health difficulties.

With over 90% of Jigsaw4u's income being spent directly on our services, your donations could make all the difference in helping their children and families to overcome their difficulties and to have the best chance at a bright and happy future.
